Review Request vs Can reviews just happen naturally?

Sounds like they deserved a 4 but you gave them a 5. When, oh when, will everyone just review accurately?
Also, you can reply to a review (once) forever. There is no 14 day deadline for that, only for the review.

Thanks for feedback. That’s interesting. I guess because I bought the dog treats and I cleaned the house they were not a big deal to me I just did my best. I guess I gave the owners some rational slack in a busy world. I just don’t know what merits a 5 rating in some people’s eyes I could not have done more.

@Jenny Suggestion for monitors to close this thread since it applies to the “old” review system and maybe move the recent comments to a more recent thread on reviews since there are many.

I did get the review from the young couple. All 5 stars, but the most minimum of words. That I took good care of “the dog”. But still got a review. Not the one in Toronto. The one that wanted me at 8 am and stay until 7 pm.

I have posted that the people with the “unclean” home, even if somewhat clean, are the worst in their reviews. The people with the most beautiful, spacious, clean homes give me the best reviews. They seem to be the most appreciative of the care their pets get.

Really how as I did not get a prompt. Think I will just leave it. But they were so unappreciative of my care it was disappoint .

You don’t get a prompt to respond to your review. You will see a ‘Respond to review’ box below the HO review that you can click on and then write your response.
