I have my saved search to sort sits in order of newest first however, I keep seeing the same few old sits sorted at the top. I also keep getting notifications for new sits in my saved search, but then there’s nothing new, just the same few old ones at the top. Why are they sorted out of my requested order? Why am I getting notified of new sits when there are none? Why is Trustedhousesitters charging more for their services now, but offering even worse service than before? Is anyone else experiencing this glitch? On top of that, I noticed that if I tried to change the sort order to sort by soonest date first, they are not always chronological. It seems a few random ones get thrown in there too. Just one more way Trustedhousesitters favors the homeowners rather than the sitters by allowing them to boost posts, or delete and relist them, or even boosting them automatically for the less favorable sits. There are so many problems with this system. It’s very frustrating.

Because some hosts delete and repost their listings so that they appears as ‘new’, presumably with specific intent that their listing re-appears on saved searches. Seems circumvention but permitted by THS. Regretfully THS platform does not let housesitters blacklist hosts or listings, so there is no functionality to remove repeat re-listers from your saved search results. Frustrating but that’s current THS functionality - and not aware of any announcements by THS to change related functions.
Yep, this was confirmed by THS customer service. They’re aware of the loophole and acknowledge it as such and not doing anything about it.
