Sit with multiple dates- "still reviewing"

We’ve applied for a sit that had multiple dates listed. We’re only available for one of the dates and have been “accepted” for those dates by the homeowner.
On our end the system still show “reviewing” even though we’ve been “accepted”. Is the issue the multiple dates (for which the homeowner might still be “reviewing”) or is there something else going on?

Did they officially confirm you in the system and you officially accepted the confirmation that you’d be doing the sit? If not then you’re not officially doing the sit so it won’t appear correctly in the system.

If you go to your THS inbox and select communication with the host (the thread where you’ve been talking - press the name of the host if you have several threads) your sit would have a post with the confirmed dates. This would be a receipt for the official confirmation in the system. It looks like this:

If your dates are not officially confirmed this could be a problem as this is the official, final agreement in THS. In that case I would give the host a friendly nudge to confirm the sit in the system.

Yes, the homeowner has officially accepted us and we officially accepted. We’ve received the email confirmation that we were accepted but it’s still showing as “reviewing” in the THS system

Is it because other the other dates are still reviewing?

@globalmom can you post a screenshot of the page where you are seeing this (without any information showing that identifies the sit ) ?

That’s odd, double check that it’s showing on your dashboard. I’ve done sits with multiple dates and after I was confirmed the dates of my sit no longer showed on their listing - the dates were confirmed and no longer active. Their other dates remained as either accepting applicants or reviewing.

It seems to be resolved now that the sitter for the other date has been accepted. That’s all I can think of.
