Suspended account, upcoming sit in less than 48 hours

Hi everyone,

I would really appreciate your help in this matter. I have a confirmed sit in another city and have to travel in 24 hours to make it there on time, but my account has been suspended due to a complaint from a previous homeowner, I’m even posting here with a different account as I lost access to my account. I’m committed to the sit and definitely don’t want to let the house owners down last minute. Any advice on what to do and how to speed up this process as much as possible would be very appreciated. I have the owner’s phone number, should I still go for the sit anyway or are there any rules against that? I’m still receiving emails and notifications normally about the sit, but I have no access to my account.

Is it a frivolous or a serious complaint? In either case you should maybe (for full transparency) let the next HO know asap. I would text to arrange a phone call. They might cancel you as their sitter so it’s a risk. I’m assuming if you’re suspended during an investigation this suspends all insurance etc? This must’ve happened to others.
