Has anyone ever had a ‘follow up’ from TH on the feedback they’ve provided in a survey?
Every so often, I receive an email from TH asking for my feedback in an ‘anonymous’ survey. Please note that this is an anonymous survey that asks for my email address if I leave feedback but I have provided my contact details because it states that TH would like to contact me about my feedback/concerns.
As someone who has shared quite a few very genuine concerns, I’ve never received any contact from TH about these.
Has anyone ever heard back from TH or should I give up?
I passed your comments over to the team and they’ve asked me to pass on the following:
"Over the past 12-18 months, we’ve conducted several surveys to guide our product development. Some are general, like gathering feedback on the Inbox, while others focus on specific ideas, like adding video calls. We collect names and emails (optional) for a few reasons: many surveys offer a chance to win an Amazon voucher to encourage participation, and we invite users to follow-up interviews for more in-depth feedback.
We can’t reach out to everyone due to the high number of responses, but every piece of feedback is extremely valuable. We’re grateful to everyone who has participated - your input is truly helpful and appreciated!"
Are you able to feedback and let them know it is not possible to submit feedback anonymously? It’s definitely not optional. On the feedback surveys I receive every three days or so, you cannot submit the feedback form without providing an email address. The set-up they have won’t allow it and this prevents it from being anonymous.
Just got the “totally anonymous” questionnaire about our last sit (I’m a HO). There’s no chance to win anything and you can not send the survey without filling in your email. So, it was not optional @Jenny
