TH marketing/monthly email question

Hi TH team,

Can you please help me with this query?

I’m registered as a TH sitter & I funnily recieved the marketing email the other day directed towards TH homeowners asking ‘Are you seeking a sitter soon’?:thinking:

I thought it was funny as i’d just secured a few more sits… :sweat_smile:

Is there a chance the marketing team can design emails for sitters & homeowners then filter them to the correct stream of people? As far as I know, the only option is to unsubscribe from all marketing emails.

Hi @TheMapleKiwi thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Emails are filtered according to a member’s status, ie sitter or owner, I will take this up with our CRM Manager Katy on Monday and will keep you updated

Great to hear you’ve secured more sits, it feels so good knowing our members are reconnecting with pets, people & places …
