I’m unable to view any messages beyond the latest in any message exchange, using the web version of Chrome (Mac, latest version). I can see that there are previous messages, but am unable to click into them to see the content.

I think if you see several gray lines/bars…if you look…i think you’ll see the words "older messages " click on that…
