I have old messages in my inbox from 2018 and cannot find a way to archive them. When I try to open them, it is as though they don’t exist. How can I get them out of my inbox?
Hi, @Bcooley I believe this is a wee bug in the system. If previous communications are from old members, no longer active, there is no way to delete or archive these messages. See the link below to previous discussions on this.

Hi @Bcooley I have 18 historical messages I cannot delete, as @anon36831737 says it is a bug, which will get fixed with messaging centre focussed work.
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen an answer similar to this one. It seems as though THS needs to invest is some really effective bug spray!
