Hi all, I have moved house and am trying to update my listing but the page wont save anything - the button is faded out. I change words , nothing, i try to delete photos nothing. And the online chat is not helpful as it keeps telling me the process to save all but how can i with no button working? and cant seem to connect me to any human help. anybody else had this issue?
Try logging on to THS using a different browser and/or a different device.
When on live chat type “human” - then you are connected to a human who can help . Or if it’s an urgent issue call the Urgent Support Phone Line .
hi - you get frankie the AI first and it seems to struggle “to connect me to an operator” and i cannot find a phone number anywhere on site, or i am being a donut and cant see it
i have tried three devices and same thing!
I’m just taking wild stabs at this but recently I ran into a problem with my own listing where a new feature was added to host’s listings: You need to put a “room description” next to each photo. I don’t recall being unable to save the listing but I do recall several dire warnings about the listing not being active until I made those changes. Perhaps it’s something along those lines- where something must be filled in even if it wasn’t necessary before?
A friend updated her listing recently and had not previously loaded a “ living room” photo. This is now a requirement so once that was uploaded all was good.

Sure thing, glad to help. This may be the tip of the iceberg to the host membership base who will likely run into the same issue going forward. As I said I could still save my listing even without those new required fields filled in but that was several weeks ago, and from your experience that seems to have changed- with no warning from THS no less.
I’m having the same problem here now trying to update my home. The save all button is faded, I can’t delete or upload photos !!! What can I do???
Most likely it’s because of a new change whereby a caption is required for each photo and you need one of each room category as per the instructions in that section (choose the room type from the drop down list next to each photo).
The interface is poor, so you don’t really know why the listing won’t save until you read the fine print.
