Hi - I need to revise my review and cannot get an answer on how to do that with housesitters non-urgent chat. Any advice??
Depends why/what. Did you mistakenly give them 1 star when you meant 5? You can’t just change a review once it’s been published, say if you subsequently saw damage you hadn’t noticed before.
Gave 4 instead of 5. Sent an email to support so will see if they can sort it out which looks like they have for other HOs in the past
Hope they take care of it for you. That can really hurt a sitter’s chances.
Having a 4 or even a 3 in a sea of 5’s will not hurt anyone’s chances. Her reply may even make the host seem like a nut case and hurt the host’s chances in the future. If you meant it to be a 5 and you hit 4 please call THS and talk to them. Someone that does a great job deserves the appropriate stars..
Go on chat line and ask to speak to a human. Did it twice then got one. Explained situation and they changed it to 5 for me from 3.
You can definitely get this changed. One of my hosts accidentally hit 4 instead of 5, she contacted THS (not sure who) and it was immediately changed.
