I have sent in my ID about 3 or 4 days ago and my profile still is not live. Why? I paid nearly 200$ just for me to never be able to use my own account? What kind of trash app is this? Either refund me my money, or verify my account already. Id prefer if you verified my account to be honest but if you cant do something like that then refund me.

It takes time to verify your ID, it needs to go through a proper process to verify it. Contact @support for help if you want an update, they typically respond within a day or so, they are really good like that.
There really is no need to call THS “trash” when you haven’t even given it a chance. There are 19000 Trustpilot reviews that give TrustedHousesitters 4.5 out of 5. Check it out for yourself… they probably such a good score because they verify sitters ID properly! Regardless of whether the reviews are from owners or sitters, you can not ignore 19000 of them!

@Darius_Mc I see you have been in touch with membership services and your ID was not approved due to the minimum age requirement. We see you have now been refunded accordingly. If you can wait a couple of years, it is very easy to rejoin and start your pet-sitting journey.
