Has anyone had success reaching the Vet Nurse using the Vet Advice Line/Chat fromt he THS Dasbhoard? I feel like I’ve been stuck in queue for an hour or so.
Yes twice. 1st to a nurse, 2nd to a vet. Both times were in the evening and got through straight away.

I got through to them last March pretty easily, but was then informed that vet advice in Ireland was no longer offered. Followed up with THS member services & they confirmed (with implications there may be add’l countries that no longer had vet coverage as well.)
I was told at the time that an alternative solution was being pursued, but haven’t heard any updates or seen any announcements as yet.

Yes. I suppose Monday there was some sort delay with chat; but I got through on Wednesday and they really just triaged and said take the dog to the vet; luckily we heard back from the owner for some home remedy that did the trick.
