Met a lovely couple on holiday, told them about THS and they joined up using a link from my dashboard. This was end November. The lady has applied for sits but not done one yet. Shouldn’t I have received my 2 free month’s by now? Thanks

@Sarah22 usually the reward months are added instantly when the referral signs up -
However it has happened to me twice that friends signed up with my referral code but the reward months were not automatically added to my membership.
I contacted member services on both occasions giving them the link to the profile of the members I had referred and they added the reward months onto my membership.

I’ve got mine quite quickly. I don’t think I got any message - they were just added to my membership time and on my profile i found «Garfield has referred :number: of their pet-loving pals!»

Sorted now. Emailed customer support…had to supply friends email & full name used for THS. Think slipped throught net. Support were very quick to resolve
