Same issue as everyone else, and I tried both website and app. In my profile my email was verified 10 years ago. Sadly, once again, another glitch when introducing something new by THS.
Worked for me. I clicked the link and it took me to what looked like my dashboard but I think below was an option to verify? Or just a message saying they’d send a verification email to my address. I received that email a second later with a link to verify and now it’s done. I’m on an iPad.
I have the same problem as everyone else. Tried to do it on my iPhone both from the email and using the THS app.
I used to work with user interface and instruction creation. A basic step is to have someone who’s not affiliated with building your site test out anything like this before sending instructions out. The people who are building it are probably already logged into the system and may have different access. You need to simulate real world user action. Then a problem like this would’ve become evident right away rather than having all your members spinning their wheels and worried about getting locked out.
Same thing, no prompt
Got the email, clicked the link on the email and it just took me to the login page. No prompt anywhere nor did I receive an email when I actually did log in. This is a very simple and quick procedure on every app I use, how come this is so different and clunky??

Yesterday, in preparation for the launch of two factor authentication, we reached out to members who haven’t yet verified their email address. However, it appears that a bunch of already confirmed contacts were included in that list. That’s our mistake, sorry for the confusion.
Those of you who are already verified aren’t seeing the link/option to verify and don’t need to do anything.
If you’ve received the email and haven’t opened it yet, I’d recommend double-checking if you see the option to verify and follow the steps, if they’re available.
I’ll mark this explanation as the answer in order to make it easier to find for anyone looking for clarification.

I went down several rabbit holes on the THS site after receiving an email yesterday. Freddie the virtual assistant sent me round in circles I could find no way of verifying my email the click on the link instruction just took me to the general website I am at a complete loss as to what to do now as no option to speak or communicate with a human.
Worried that I will get cut off. Why does it need verifying they email me daily and I sit regularly so it works.
