Window for review closed 15 min after sit !?

<<< this issue seems to have fixed itself, but leaving posted in case THSsupport would like to check on anything generally >>> We just finished our 22nd sit on Feb 8 and I happened to be up after midnight on Feb 9, so I thought I’d pop into the THS platform to do our review. But when I got on the sit listing there was a message for us and for the homeowner, saying that the window for reviewing the sit had expired. Like literally 15 minutes after the end of the sit, not anywhere near the two week window. The chatbot support was unhelpful, as usual. Has anyone else had this happen and, if so, how did you fix it? We have 21 glowing five star reviews and this was another great sit so we don’t want to just give up. This has never happened before. Heeeeelp?!

Thanks Jenny. Yes it was very odd. I just went back in, and it had been fixed? I was able to post my review. The homeowner has yet to post hers but I dashed her off a note to let her know that I had been experiencing a glitch.. I appreciate your quick response, thank you. Hopefully her review will go well too. :folded_hands:t3:
