Can’t review Nightmare Sit

I posted previously under “Nightmare Sit” about my experience and needing to end the sit earlier. I went back to do a review and somehow I can’t find this sit or my ability to leave a review. Any tips?

What do you mean you can’t find it? If you haven’t sat since for a while, the system changed whereby you now go into ‘past sits’ and click on the sit, and then there’s a place to click to leave your review. Or have you tried that already?

Perhaps you’ve passed the 2 week window after the sit has finished to leave a review ? :thinking:

Have you searched for the other parties’ profile? Perhaps they have been kicked off the site.

the option to review a sit comes after the review period is done. you can’t leave a review before that time. If you officially terminated the sit via the website then it could be that you can’t review a sit you haven’t completed.

So Tusted Housesitters does not have a record of my sit and I believe that is because it ended early. There is no way to review these owners now. I ended this sit early because it was such a nightmare. What would be an appropriate way to share who these owners are with the community. My impression is the TH is not interested in my feedback. I gave them all the information they need and they never responded to my messages after the sit ended.

Hello, @Lovedogscats I’m sorry that you had a less-than-ideal sitting experience. I understand how important it is to be able to leave a review.

I can see that Membership Services were assisting you and they emailed you on the 2nd of April 2024 about when you could leave the review. Are you able to follow up with them again? I have also asked them to look into it further for you, so hopefully there will be a resolution soon :slight_smile:
