Hi I just did my first review gave 5 stars for everything as John and Angela were brilliant
However some how the stars for overall show as only 3. ( my error I expect) how can I get this changed chat to us doesn’t help

Or, click on the ‘help’ icon, simply write ‘speak to agent please’, type this twice and the bot will transfer you to an actual person, who’ll be able to amend this for you.
