Hello @bglassel and welcome to the forum community, and to TrustedHousesitters. The best way to promote your listing and your sitter profile is to embed them in your username forum profile. I’ll add the instructions for that next - you will need posts #1 and #8 of that thread to add both homeowner and sitter profiles.
You will reach a far wider audience via the website, rather than the forum.
If you have questions, there is a great amount of information already on the forum. Use the spyglass to search for key words for your questions. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, you can post questions here and our forum members will do their best to help.
As you’ve mentioned, house swapping is not part of the THS concept, but there is an earlier discussion of house swapping that may be of interest to you.
