Favourite Travel Pics

Let’s share some of our favourite travel pics, (or videos), this can be from our travels anywhere, either recent or from the past

I’m sure most of us have a huge collection of photos we have taken from our travels and house sitting adventures.

We spotted this sloth whilst driving around Arenal in Costa Rica. Not long after the video finished, unfortunately the branch he was climbing up snapped and he fell to the ground. Fortunately he re-appeared and started climbing again much to our relief! :sloth::heart:

My favorite travel pics involve my husband doing goofy things, like mimicking animals or statues we come across. I also took a series of photos of me “sleeping” at museums across London, as a joke. I sent them to a friend whom I’d gone there with before. We were so jet lagged that we fell asleep in the basement of the British Museum, where they had sofas many years ago. It’s amazing that we were left completely alone and no one stole our stuff, because we slept like the dead for so long.

@Maggie8K hahaha brilliant, love it! … it’s lucky you didn’t get locked in for the night :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

Right? Although that would have been a great travel adventure, LOL.

One of my favorite childhood books involved two siblings who ran away from home and hid in an NYC museum.

@Maggie8K most definitely! … and would make for a great dinner party story!

Oh no, poor little sloth! I’m so glad he didn’t give up and continued climbing after that scary fall.
