Hi, I am trying to change the phone number on my profile, but get this:

Frankie couldn’t help (of course), so I asked for a human and said that they were very busy at the moment. They said to wait (I have, for a loooong time) or email. But what is the email address that would actually get a response?
I love pet-sitting, but sometimes this platform drives me mad. The only job they have is to run a smooth tech platform, and despite huge price increases, can’t even do that.
I have suggested that THS needs a dedicated tech Help person / team .. that would contribute to “delivering a smooth, consistent experience for every sit “ which was the promise made when the booking fees were introduced.
I see the question has already been answered, but just to help out anyone with a similar question, the screenshot below inlcudes the email address and is taken from this forum page.
If Frank leaves you, you can expect the team to reach you via your email. But right now it can easily take up to a week. In the mean time, try changing the phone number every 12 hours or so, the site is rather dysfunctional right now. Or just accept your fate of having a wrong number - I did. After two weeks of waiting, support sent me a message “sorry for late reply, your issue is no doubt solved by now” yeah it was not. It still is not.
