Is this a glitch today? The map in search results is gone. I thought it’d be back by now, but still nothing

I’m on laptop - no map this morning, not in search results but also not in individual listings
Now almost 4pm CET and still no map on THS today (listings overview or individual listings…). Makes it rather difficult to search sits, as I can’t see on the map where they are, can’t move the map etc
Using laptop, Firefox. Normally the map shows. What’s going on? @Carla

Apologies, I had asked the team for some advice on this but hadn’t made it back to let you know.
The team have explained that the map hides by design if the page width is more than 1280, and instead has a “view map” button which is sometimes hard to see.
They wondered if you may have zoomed in your browser or changed your resolution.
They did also say that it could be your browser, configuration etc, so if you haven’t zoomed in on your browser, can’t see the hard-to-see button, or changed your resolution then it would be great if you could let me know here and I’ll let you know what info the team would need to check on other causes, and I can see you’ve mentioned you’re using Firefox on your laptop.
They did say it’s not an error on our side but are happy to help try and get to the bottom of this.

PS. Here’s what a zoomed-in view looks like, you’ll see there’s a view map button right at the bottom in the centre.

I always have the THS page zoomed in at 80% in order to see 3 rather than 2 listings side by side (per row).
No matter whether I go back to 100% (which means only 2 listings per row are displayed on the left side of the map) or zoom into 50%, there’s still no map to be seen. The space where the map can normally be seen (on the right) is still there. It’s currently empty. There’s no Map button.
When I click on a listing, normally a map of the location is shown at the very bottom. That map is currently not there either. Instead there’s an empty white space underneath Location Map. This started today
This has actually happened to me on numerous occasions. I just keep logging out, logging back in until it works again and it does eventually work. Sometimes I have to go in to settings and force stop and clear the cache on the app settings also. It’s frustrating to say the least.

I logged out & in several times, cleared the cache, and eventually…the map has started working again!

Nice one @ziggy - I’m glad you were able to help with a fix!
@Bluehorse I’m going to feed this back to the team as logging in and out and clearing cache several times isn’t the fastest way for this to resolve.

@Jenny , thanks. Just for interest, sometimes using Google Maps I lose the street view and other pieces of "normal " stuff on the map so again I have to go in and clear the cache in the actual app which always fixes the issue. It’s a mystery.
