Location map still not working

For several weeks I have not been able to see sit locations. There is just a blank space at the end of the pet sit listings, where the location map used to be visible. If it’s a listing I’m interested in but not quite sure of location, it makes it too hard to determine whether to submit an application. So I am passing up a number of sits I might have applied for if I could see clearly where they are located.

Are others having this problem?

@mmtwilson14, we periodically see this too - on THS website.
Typically we refresh browser and listing map duly appears.

It’s still not fixed. The map pin for Melbourne Victoria Australia is showing in far western New South Wales, about 1000km from where it should be. @Jenny @Mark_B when is this going to be fixed? It’s hard to see the new THS booking fees are making a better experience for members when this has been a problem for several weeks now!

I’m sorry to hear you’ve not been able to see sit locations. Did you try following the advice from @GotYourBack? Let me know if that worked. If not can you let me know if you’re using the website or the app?
