Well, I’m quite stubborn and I bombard support teams with emails. I’m not sure if that makes me lucky 
My guess here is that Google maps is not free when integrated into an App and THS has removed it to reduce costs.
Now, if that is the case this is quite ironic.
Increased membership and introduction of booking fees for sittings, one reason for those was the improvement of the App… I wonder now where the money goes…

Thanks again for raising this. It isn’t part of our immediate plans to bring back the ability to get directions in Google Maps at the discovery stage.
As you know, the locations of sits are shown at the town/city level during search, so a mapped route to that point wouldn’t be accurate to the address and could cause confusion.
Once a sit is confirmed and the address has been shared, you’ll be able to view the location and plan your route in Google Maps as normal. We are looking at how we can make the location on the sit listings and in search results more reliable in the future.
