I have 7 sits coming up and all but one have posted the Welcome Guide but the HOME tab on all of them are completely blank. I have communicated with two of the home owners and they both assured me that they filled out that tab.
I emailed admin and advised them that it’s not working and I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I have not heard from admin. Is anyone else having the same problem?
Tell your HOs that to get around this technical problem regarding the Welcome Guide, you need them to click on Print and instead of leaving the Destination as the printer, to choose Save as PDF. Then they can email the file to you.

Have you tried the website? The app tends to be jankier than the website.
Hi, indeed I encounter the same problem with house section, plus neighbourhood. I reported it, talked to Jay a week ago. Nothing known yet they say.
On tablet and phone. Not on my computer. I m relieved to see I m not the only one, since I doubted my own knowledge with this. Hope for a solution soon

@Diane13 You need to use the webpage to access the Welcome Guide as there is a bug on the app which hasn’t been fixed for over a week now .

If more members report the issue it may escalate the issue and member services may prioritise getting it fixed.
I’m already in Texas. My home is in Ontario, Canada and I don’t have my computer with me. 
You can use the THS website on your phone through a browser @Diane13 (just ignore the app alerts) and access the WG that way instead. #hopethathelps
