I am seeing more and more posts from homeowners who want local sitters to sit on a regular basis. I have been turned down by 3 who want someone local. I joined THS to be able to travel far from home. Why would we sit for free and not travel? Additionally, I just read a request for someone to run their Airbnb and another who will want painting done while they are gone. It seems things are off track.
