I need help confirmed sitter but they are not responding now

I have a confirmed sitter for jan 21 to feb 8th im a week away from going overseas and have been reaching out to sitter with no response. Im trying to put the sit back out there but it wont let me. I beside myself with such a short time to get a sitter can anyone help.

You can contact member services (MS) for help.
Use the live chat function and ask to speak to a human .

( member services don’t read or respond to posts on the forum )

MS can try and contact the sitter for you or cancel the sit confirmation so that it’s relisted .

Alternatively you could ring the Urgent Support 24/7 phone line which is shown on your dashboard.
