Information from my profile

Hello THS community, it’s a pleasure to be here with you.

There’s an issue happening with my profile, and I thought it would be a good idea to ask if it’s just me.

My girlfriend and I have a profile with 22 reviews so far, but when we share our profile link and check how it appears, it shows that we have only 2 reviews (I have a image to show this sittuation, but I don’t know if it’s allowed to share here)

Does anyone know why this is happening?

This is a known issue at the moment which will hopefully rectify itself once the new review system is released. When other members view your reviews they should see them all, it is just when you view your own profile/reviews. I have attached a couple of threads that you should find helpful.


And “at the moment”??? There have been complaints about this for a long time.

That new system was at least months away, per the last thing I heard.

The programming solution is very simple: point the Preview url to the same page that other people see. THS has enormous problems with its IT department if they cannot fix this.

It seems the only thing they could do was to make the profiles “pet friendly” - rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

It happened to us and I contacted support who told me, that it was a fault but it only appears like that to you yourself. So to others, they still see all of your reviews as normal.

Was this ever confirmed? Has anyone compared notes with another user?

@MissChef Yes, this is confirmed. THS gives two different urls (stupid software design).

There is www trustedhousesitters com/user/profile/edit/profile-preview which gives your own profile.

And there is the one that you find on the page with sitters in your own town. That looks like the one in my forum profile link. The url that shows the profile page with the calendar.

It is completely ridiculous that their computer people are unable to fix this.

We checked what @pietkuip had explained about the URL, and we now feel more comfortable knowing that the owners can see our reviews. Let’s wait and see how the new updates on the platform will be.:heart::paw_prints:
