If the host asked you to leave, the host is canceling and you should be covered if you can provide proof that they asked you to leave.

My understanding is that if either party breaks the T & Cs then the other is entitled to cancel / leave ( giving sufficient notice so that the pets are not abandoned) For example if a host found out that a sitter had bought a third party to stay in the home without permission the host could cancel …
