I’m no longer receiving the weekly bulletin telling me about new forum topics and unread replies. Is anyone else similarly affected before I open a ticket?

Think the one I got was monthly.
Also never other than an occasional Trusted Times which I think is quarterly. #newspleasepeeps

What purpose does a newsletter serve? I get the ‘Trusted Times’ emails, but never open them. It seems this forum provides more accurate/up to date info.
I think what you’re describing is the Activity Summary email.
The email is only sent out to users who haven’t recently visited the Forum, so anyone who is a regular visitor here won’t receive one. I think what’s happened here is that you’ve received emails from us during periods of inactivity, but now that you’re more active the automation doesn’t send you the email anymore.
If anyone would be interested in using this feature during periods of inactivity, it can be enabled by visiting your profile, then clicking on preferences, then clicking on emails, and then scrolling down to tick the box as shown in this screenshot.

Okay, I got there eventually.
I’m a new member and did receive an email with the November issue of “Trusted Times”. Clicked on it and found a variety of articles and a link to the monthly “Round-up”.
So much information between the newsletter and the forum!
