Trusted Times Newsletter

I have asked MS on numerous occasions to send me the newsletter but have still never received one. All settings are correct, nothing untoward on my end, given up now.

Can anyone advise where I might find it on the site or send me a copy? @pietkuip kindly sent through the last one to me. Thank you.

I have not gotten a new one yet, might come later today. Or the leap year is making the computers a bit confused :slight_smile:

Yeah I don’t get this either. Nor the pre sit emails. Maybe it’s not meant for sitters downunder(jk - just kidding :wink: ). Not sure I care enough to do anything about it though…

Thanks @pietkuip, nope, didn’t get last months either by the look of it, thanks for attaching! I heard the new one was out but the leap year fairy mustn’t have caught up yet :laughing:

Today’s date was not in the computer system of the largest supermarket chain in Sweden! Impossible to pay by card :slight_smile:

Oh wow! That’s incredible that something like that can happen. Reminds me of the year 2000 countdown to doomsday scare :laughing:

This evening I got a new issue. Unfortunately, the sentence “Having trouble viewing this email? Open it in your browser” which had the link is now gone. So sorry, no url.

(I suspect that THS did not like me sharing that link…)

The Marketing team are moving to a new CRM system, which will help with all things email-related including the newsletter. If anyone is not receiving the newsletter please let Membership Services know and they can help you with that.

@pietkuip finally I received a newsletter this time! :clap::clap: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times recently and reset all notifications so it works now. Only took a year :laughing: Thanks for all your help with it now and previously.
