I am still having huge problems with the THS app, after nearly a month of issues.
Notifications arent working
Cant apply to sits due to the dates button not working.
I have spoken to member services, they keep saying theyre trying to sort, but none of the suggested fixes are working:
I have checked all settings
Uninstalled app, reinstalled, checked settings again
Deleted saved searches and re done them
Updated phone
Tried using my works phone, but same problem (both samsung phones).
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both again!
I am so frustrated, i know this has been happening to othera but the fixes seem to have worked for others on the threads i have seen.
Is it just me?! I am missing sits, i have really specific times i can travel that happen to be quite popular,and its really frustrating as it seems nobody is fussed about getting this sorted with any urgency!
I can understand your frustration @catscatscats24 and missing out on being able to apply for sits and not getting notifications. You are not the only one! Although it may not be what you want to do, why not use the website from your phone as that seems to be working? Better than nothing for the interim while THS works on the issues.
Hi @catscatscats24 I’m also still having the same issue with the date button not working. I’m travelling without laptop at the mo so the only other option is to access THS via the website- on the phone (not via the app) The dates Button works there. Bit fiddly on a small device but at least it works. Try that if you haven’t already. Its very annoying that they are taking so long to fix this glitch. But I hope this suggestion works for you.
