If we as the sitters have Premium Membership, would there be any reason not to take a sit where the pet owners don’t have it?

Not at all - The benefit of premium membership is for you. It doesn’t make any difference what somebody else’s is

Absolutely not. Whether a sitter pays extra for the premium membership or not has no bearing on their quality or ability.

@glenycehughes Pre-Covid there was no tiered membership- everyone paid the same price. Many sitters and hosts who were already members were perfectly happy with what their membership included and chose not to upgrade. Ourselves included. Infact many of those host/sitters you come across without premium membership are probably the more experienced members! 5 years & 70+ sits under our belts and we still feel no need at all to upgrade!
