I too am a new member and have completed all tasks, but am also unable to uplaod my ID. How is this still a problem after so many years and issues? I’ve paid for my membership, but am now stuck in limbo with no visible avenue to completion. Not a good customer experience!! It seems these bugs should have been worked out by now. And it looks like eventid is only available Monday through Friday. I did not plan on going into “support mode” before I even get an active profile. Quite disappointing…

I can’t believe this is still an issue 3 years after I had the same problems. TH needs to stop using that platform! You have to be the squeaky wheel in this case and text and call them every day

Just wanted to provide an update and thanks for forwarding my issue. Here is the resolution for future participants. The solution was to get Evident to send a link that must be accessed via email on a cell phone. That link does not require receipt of a text message for upload. Just went through the process and had success! My profile is live.
