I found an old post about this that mentions some issues with the HO being prompted to leave a review. Has this been fixed. I do. not like the idea of having to request one, especially if they are getting a prompt from THS.

@mam1996t Once you have completed your review, owners will receive an email saying this. It will also direct them to leaving your review and explain both need completing before they can be visible on our profiles and need to be done within 14 days of the day the sit finished.
I recommend requesting the review in a message to HOs on the app or via whatever communication you used during the sit. Iâve had HOs say that they didnât get the THS âRequest a reviewâ prompt.
I completed a sit 12 days ago and have sent a couple of requests to the HOs for a review. I will send a final reminder today, mentioning the 14-day deadline. These HOs are in London, so they get inundated with aplications for every sit. They may not realize how important reviews are to sitters. Iâve had another sit since the London one and already received that review!
I think that now more than ever there is a need to prompt, with the 14 day rule coming into play. I leave it 3 days before prompting for review (so THS can send their prompts first), but usually HOâs have completed their reviews for us straight away anyway.
There should be no need for a sitter or owner to prompt for a review with the new system. Once Iâve sent my review the owner receives a message to say they have a review and they should review me. Itâs worked well so far.
We always used to send a review request the day after the sit ended, backed up by a WhatsApp message incase they donât check the site often. However since the new system came in, with automatic prompts to the host, we have not sent one and weâve found each host has reviewed us promptly and weâve then responded quickly too so we donât have to wait 14 days to see their review! So, in our experience, the new 14 review window with prompts is speeding things up. If we do find (in future) hosts donât review quickly-automatically- we will send a direct request as we used to. Personally weâre not keen on âbeggingâ for a review or sending reminders so are happy to let the THS promots do their job!
