Push notifications bug after resetting phone

Hoping someone might be able to help with this?

I recently reset my iphone back to factory settings, and now, I’m unfortunately not receiving any push notifications from the THS app. I’m assuming that the notifications are somehow being sent to my “old” phone instead of my “new,” reset phone.

I’ve already confirmed the following:

  • notifications are turned on for the THS app in my iphone’s settings
  • push notifications are toggled on for all of my saved searches
  • in the THS app, under Me>Settings >Notifications, the first three settings are all toggled on

I’ve also turned each of these settings off and then back on, in case that might fix it. It didn’t.

In the meantime, I’m relying on email notifications but would prefer to get the push notifications issue resolved.

Has anyone experienced this or something similar? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Just a little more context: I was offered a sit yesterday, and I’ve also received email alerts on my saved searches. So I know there should have been push notifications in both scenarios. But none were delivered to my phone.

Couple suggestions:

Have you tried deleting & re-installing the app…or even just logging off & back on?
