I had a look at your listing and as sitters, we always look for horse listings as we love them! However we are remote workers and it looks like your home does not have access to wifi which might decrease your pool of sitters, but there are sitters that could be retired, on vacation etc and not need wifi. Maybe add what cell network you get there so sitters can use the internet on their phone and know they can get cell reception.
I saw that you posted a last-minute sit, I am not sure when you originally posted your dates, but making sure that you post your dates well in advance can really help.
