In August, I posted a forum topic about an email alerting me to the need to unpause my membership, but I had already done so. You guys said it was going to be looked into.
Since then, I have received at least 3 other emails reminding me to either unpause or to renew.
Two days ago, I got a push notification “Only a couple days until your membership automatically renews!”. No, wrong: I unpaused and renewed in July.
Today, I got an email saying “We’re unpausing your membership soon- yay!” No, wrong: I unpaused and renewed in July.
I won’t need to renew until July 2027.
Can you please, please speak to the people in charge of drip campaigns, both emails and push notifications, and tell them to get their dates correct?
At this point, I am seriously annoyed by all these incorrect messages.
