Sunsets and sunrises

We might as well have pictures of my favourite times of the day.
Most of mine are taken when we were on a long distance sail.
I have seen the green flash many times but never got a photo so I would be very interested if anyone has one and how did they do it.

Sunset with three aircraft carriers in the foreground. Thank goodness they were at anchor and unarmed.

First sunset of our Atlantic crossing. We were still very near land.

Sailing and sunsets are always special times! Seen the flash but never captured it - here are are few end of day moments on our most recent sailing adventure in the Caribbean when we chartered a yacht after a 2 month sit in St Vincent for a couple of weeks. We ended up on the last night anchored in the bay in front of our sit! You’ll no doubt recognize these waters

As I ventured out an early run by the beach in Dunedin, just one cool sunrise. Second one is a few weeks back heading up The Coppermine saddle in Nelson (nz)

A winter sunset over Loch Tay.

If you look carefully you can see snow on top of the mountains
