Where do we send or post info about technical problems with the THS site?

I’m butting in here, but I have a pretty big, seemingly intractable tech problem: I can’t access THS on my phone, via the app OR by going through the website. Luckily, I always take my laptop on sits. But there may well be a time when I can’t, so this could be a deal-breaker. I can install the app, but it refuses to allow me to sign in, even though the ID and password I’m entering are correct. I had an exchange with the tech people, but they couldn’t find a solution. What do I do now…??

Are you able to sign into other apps on your phone? How old is your phone?
You might have a keyboard virus…. so it’s worth testing this.
One other thing is to run your phone’s battery down then remove and replace the battery.
Start from scratch.
Check you’ve got enough data/memory in your phone.
Take the phone to a mobile shop, it sounds like a device issue.
