I still haven’t understood how to act when someone has accepted us to take care of their cat? What must they or we do? We were taking care of a cat in England in July, and we didn’t get any reviews about it? Do they have a button to accept this? We just exchanged messages and agreed on this? How does this site know that we have agreed? Of course, we would have liked to give a review to them and they to us. They were experienced, but did not instruct us in any way.
Hi @Kiupa and welcome. Are you a THS member? Did you exchange the messages on the official platform or on what’s app? Can you see the sit on your THS profile? If yes to most of this then both of you need to review each other within 14 days of the sit or the option to do this expires. #needabitmoreinfoplease
It sounds like you never officially confirmed. Once you verbally agree they need to request you to officially confirm the sit and you have to click that before it’s all official. If that didn’t happen, you’re not able to leave a review.

Yes, they need to initiate it on their end. Then it’ll show in your dashboard, they can share the welcome guide, you can do reviews, and you both have some level of protection if something goes wrong.

The HO needs to send you via your THS inbox an invite to sit which you accept (or decline). Once you accept it the sit dates will show on your dashboard and you can read the welcome guide if/when the ho sends it. Once the sit ends you’ll get an automated message how the sit went and to review the sit.

@Kiupa Once the owner has sent the Confirm button message to you, the final step is for you to press the Agree to the Sit button. THEN the sit is confirmed and will appear on both your Dashboards.

Seems like this wasn’t confirmed on the THS site and as the 14 day deadline has passed it’s too late for either party to leave a review.So there’s no point in asking THS to add this sit retrospectively.
However, you could ask the hosts to write you an external reference, which will be seen in your profile .
