@Therese can you please ask the tech team to advise a timeline for when the app is going to be fixed? These problems have been going on for a week now. The app is basically unusable.

It really shouldn’t take 10 days to fix an app. And it’s not a small ‘problem’ either, it actually affects seeing sits and being able to apply for them, which is the essence of THS.
Sorry for the rant, obviously not meant at you, but I really have a hard time understanding.
That is my impression too. I guess that THS is contracting this work out to an outside software company. And quite possibly to different companies, which might explain the discrepancies between different user interfaces (different limits on the number of “Saved searches”, the missing references only visible in the apps, the difference now in the sequence in which user profiles are presented, etc).

The forum team do not have any updates about this and I appreciate that is frustrating for those that are affected by this issue.
The Membership Service team are dealing with the cases that have been raised with the tech team so I would advise you to follow up with them as they will be able to give you more information when it’s available.
I’m having similar issues to @Ruthyf , on my android app.
The app is currently almost completely unusable.
For me, this started when I updated the app, after I was prompted to.

With the 5 application pause having changed the application process so dramatically for so many of us, sitters need a functioning app so we can keep track of listings.
Agree, still no notifications and I know for a fact that at least one of my saved searches would have given me a sit I’ve been looking for because luckily the HO reached out to me directly. Otherwise I never would have seen it

A few little bug issues, but it addresses the main issue of sometimes 'when pressing on a notification a blank screen appeared. This should now be fixed.

I am not a big fan of the Lavender & Lemon colors, but i guess we are going for the more “hip” look?
In the reviews the stars are now purple. On the favorites the heart is now in tennis ball yellow color and sometimes the heart is not visible as it blends in with the background of the first photo.
