I’m completely unable to install the app! I can download it onto my phone, but when I try to sign in, it won’t accept my password. I’ve raised it with the tech bots more than once. They can’t figure out what’s going wrong, or do anything to help.

@fledermaus I am wondering if you need to reset your password? That might be a workaround.
