Welcome Guide - Difference between mobile and laptop version

Me (pet sitter) and a pet parent just realized that there are differences between mobile, tablet and laptop version.

That pet parent uploaded some photos with explanations in the photo section. I only see these photos on my laptop. The pet parent also on a tablet. I cant see them on my tablet.

No one can see these photos on the mobile version. Is this a new issue?

I also realized i can save lots of searches on my phone, but only a handfull on my laptop. After a few saved notifications the limit is reached.

Are there more differences between devices?

@kaliom we have noticed that the welcome guide is different on the App compared to the website .

It doesn’t surprise me that the TH IT team must know that already. When I see the previous posting that you send I can see that they didn’t find a solution since almost a year at least. I was searching for a previous forum entry but couldn’t find one.

Apologies for hijacking your post to try, yet again, to flag up my own problem with laptop v app… I can’t get into the app at all!
I can download it. Fine. But when I try to sign in, it rejects me.
I’ve contacted THS’s tech team four times. They can’t find a solution. I don’t know whether to be proud at being globally unique - or frustrated that I can only get on the site when I have my laptop with me.

Do you have VPN on your phone? That caused trouble sometimes for me.

Just 1 more of the frequently documented issues with the welcome guides and usability. Sitters have complained about how challenging to have to open multiple pages, pet parents about the challenges of completing it.
I’ve started to ask the HO to create a pdf and send direct!

Have you tried changing your password? I have the same issue with the community forum. If it’s been awhile since I’ve used the site, I have to change it, even though I use a password manager (so I know the password is correct).
