Where is homeowner accountability when a sit is materially misrepresented?

Hi @shelbyisme

Welcome to the forum!

Should you ever need to reach out, I thought I’d share some of the most popular options to share your experience;

  • The forum: a great place to share experiences and ask for advice & support from other members - how to get the most from the forum
  • Membership Services: are available 24/7 (support@trustedhousesitters.com) there’s also an emergency phone line.
  • Reviews: after a sit, leaving a fair, factual, non-emotional review is often a helpful way to share with the wider community. My tips for writing a review might be useful.
  • Recommend a member: when leaving a review, you’ll also be asked if you recommend that member - if you say ‘no’ or ‘maybe’, you’ll be asked for more information which will be shared directly with staff only (this is a good way to privately share feedback with TrustedHousesitters around smaller issues)

In rare circumstances, things don’t go the way we’d hope and we’re here to support. I also want to share this discussion where lots of forum members share that their Petsitting experiences have been overwhelming positive. :heart:
