So glad to hear this…need to renew within the next few months.
It’s good to see them trying to make things more convenient for people.
I recently had to renew at the last minute, because I didn’t have six months left for a trip. Luckily, I was able to pay for expedited service and they issued my new passport on the same day that I applied.
I have one blank page left and was panicking! This is great news.

Not “everyone”. It is mainly only available to US citizens or permanent residents, with very few exception. Global Entry | U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
