My android phone app is playing up. I can access the chat with HO but not my forthcoming sits. Membership services suggested uninstalling and then re installing my app.
But will the date be lost if I do this? What is another way to see my profile, look at my confirmed sits …read the welcome pack, communicate with the HO, save searches etc. in short everything that the phone app does.

Everything will still be there if you uninstall then reinstall
Hi @Karen65, you won’t lose anything by uninstalling then re-installing the app. You can also go into the website on your phone.
Hi @Karen65 check Google play store for the THS’ app and see if it indicates an update.
Search the app and instead of “open” it will say “update”.
Mine says open, as I updated mine recently…
You’re lucky! I can’t even make the app work on my (Android) phone. I can install it, but it refuses to let me sign in. So I’m confined to the website.
I’ve reported the issue three times. The tech team is either baffled, or can’t be bothered.

Thank you all for your suggestions. I updated the app but it was still temperamental so i uninstalled and reinstalled and it works…for now😜

I can not access my sits on my phone either. Hasn’t worked in months. I tried to chat with “Customer Service” and “Frankie” the virtual assistant is of no help. I have a Samsung S22 Ultra. All updates have been applied. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The only thing that happens with I click on “Your Sits” is the little heart spins.
And while I have your attention; How do we access our Saved Searches on the mobile app??
On app, click spy glass find a sit. Then click where do you want to go and the saved searches show up. The three dots … let you set notifications.
