Got any photos to share?

Sweet. We used to visit Zion a lot when we lived in Vegas.

BTW, highly recommend Port Townsend, a historical town in Washington state. You can drive the long way around or take ferries from Seattle.

Back in the day, Port Townsend used to be the single entry point for legally imported goods to be inspected and taxed in the U.S. Because of that, there are a good number of Victorian homes and commercial buildings preserved in town.

In the Western part of Washington state, there’s the largest ferry system in the U.S., because people live scattered across myriad islands and peninsulas.

One of the new adventures for our dog on this trip, we took a car ferry. He was put off by the rumbling ferry engines and the announcements on the public address system at first, but quickly settled in.

Don’t we all love to share a photo ?

Oops I only meant to use one photo! These are all in Costa Rica, with 13 rescue pets, in 2016.

The more photos the better @kath - these are wonderful!

In my other life when I would vacation at health spas they would take us there for hikes. Just gorgeous in person.

Dog on a Plot helping with the digging and weeding! His ‘wages’ were two sausages.

Yesterday I saw a man with a parrot on his shoulder, walking down the promenade. They were stopped by lots of people for photos. Every so often the parrot would stretch his wings and squawk. If you look closely you can see the parrot has a little cape on!

I was amazed the first time I ever saw a sea horse (in an aquarium) how tiny they are, I had always assumed the size of a dolphin!

on my 62nd sit, but my first with horses. A thoroughbred, way taller than me, an Irish draught horse, and a Welsh pony.

Not on a sit … but cohabiting with pets nonetheless

When assembling your dog, please make sure that you follow the instructions carefully.

From my BlueSky feed…made me laugh!! :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Friday night at Stueplan, Stockholm. 25C, the sun is shining, … and a glass of red. What more can one ask for?

Cocktails and then dinner on a random rooftop that a friend and I happened across. Terrific to have sustained our friendship across continents and different phases of life, with many adventures.

Random snapshots from Rome, of things that have made me happy during my current visit:
