I read that other sitters have had this problem but as far as I can see no solution. Our last sit got 5 stars on all aspects of our sit but an overall rating of one star. The owner wrote a lovely review so this was a mistake she made. How can I get this fixed? Thank you for your help.

The host who wrote the review has to contact member services - they will fix it but only if the person who wrote the review contacts them Support@trustedhousesitters.com or via live chat :speech_balloon:
