I am sure you will find many great sitters on here to care for your quirky parrot, she sounds lovely btw. There are certainly many people on here with experience of parrots and who would be more than happy to give her lots of attention!
Do you have a photo of her that you can share on here? We would love to see. 
Also your location is idyllic being in North County San Diego. An area we certainly love to visit!
