How long does I take for reviews to process?

Hello. I placed a nice review 2 days ago for a home owner. I can’t see the review under ‘reviews given’. I’ve either made an error or they take some time to process? How long do they usually take to process? Thank you.

Homeowners leave Reviews - Sitters leave feedback

So you will find what you wrote in the dropdown list under ‘feedback’ and then ‘feedback by you’

Hello @Kiwinomads and a warm welcome to the Community Forum and it’s so lovely to hear you have left the homeowners feedback. As @Colin mentioned it is called feedback which sitters leave for owners and homeowners leave reviews for sitters.
Just to clarify, once you have submitted, it will show straight away so I would double check by clicking on feedback left by you.
If you are unsure or if you need any further help, do not hesitate to ask.

For reference you can also add your TrustedHousesitters profile on to your Forum profile by following the attached link, should you wish. This will then enable others to offer you helpful advice and feedback.

Also, remember you can use the spyglass symbol at the top of the page next to the TrustedHousesitters logo and search for any questions that you may have as they have most likely already been answered on here and of course if not then please just ask! :blush:

Welcome @Kiwinomads Could it have been a trustpilot review by any chance ? Others have reported that they thought they were reviewing the sit and were unaware that they had actually been directed to trustpilot.

Looking on trustpilot today there are recent reviews of pets and homes and pet parents which clearly the writer thought they were reviewing on THS website but are now in the public domain.

As an aside If I was the homeowner I would actually be very annoyed that my personal information ( name, pets names, home location etc is shown publicly on a site like trustpilot) @Angela_L can anything be done to stop this confusion?

Hi @Silversitters the messaging was recently changed to prevent any confusion, we will pick this up again with the CRM Team … and to your point of privacy, we have removed the link to the screen shot of the shared Trustpilot review as the Forum is also a public space.

Thankyou @Angela_L - I sometimes forget that this forum is open to everyone not just THS members.

Hi @Kiwinomads just to add to my other points I made, I would also suggest logging out and then logging back in again, on many occasions I have had to do this especially on my iPhone app to be able to view the feedback we have left for a homeowner or look at a review we have received.
Have you managed to be able to view the feedback you left now?
